Like most people, wouldn't you agree with the image?
So many instances in our lives we hear ourselves, our family, our friends, those we come in contact with unhappy with aspects in their lives they CAN change, but unwilling to do anything about it.
What we ALLOW, is what will CONTINUE. Period.
If we are unfulfilled with our job, career path or business and do nothing to change it, it will surely leave us continuing to be unfulfilled. Are we wishing for it to change, or doing something about it?
Same goes with our health and wellbeing. If you're constantly WANTING to be healthier, happier, more energy, sleep better, lose weight, gain muscle, slim down, bulk up etc but doing nothing about it, how is this serving you?
Or is it wanting more time to do the things you love like, travel, family time, fishing, gardening, cooking etc. Some of us earn good income, and like what we do for a living BUT are so focussed on work, that there we don't have enough time to do the things we TRULY want to do and LOVE to do.
Don't WISH it to happen, do something about it to MAKE it happen.
