Before Inspire Create Repeat was born, I was frustrated. I was eating as clean as possible and training regularly to lose weight yet still felt lethargic, unmotivated, lacked energy and unable to bust those last few kilos. I realised I needed to do something different, so in August 2013, I decided to start on a 30 day cleanse that a good friend introduced me to. It had a money back guarantee, so I had nothing to lose.
Within days I lost that stubborn fat, however that turned out to be just a bonus. I was waking up earlier and full of energy, I was smashing PBs at the gym and started to see a change in body shape with definition. My body seemed to be 'tightening'. Everyone showered me with compliments, saying that I was glowing and looked great. The best part was that i felt the best I ever had and had never felt true wellness until this time. At the time, I was an experienced Graphic Designer and Marketing Consultant.
